ok ill teach you how to walk first.first make 5 frames of the feet going up to the left or to the right.you know your rights and lefts.then when its high enough put it down on the fround then make the other do the same and park it next to the foot you just did 4-5 frames in.start with the feet movment.then on each frame of the body make it move with the feet layer.then do the head with the feet layer.then do the hands with the guns or without the guns.you know how to make characters?i can help you with that.

First off, don't tween. It always looks like shit, unless you put some effort into it, which takes out the point of tweening. Don't try to animate things exactly as someone else does, just keep on trying different ways until you find the right one. Lots of tests should be made before you jump in. Also, make some original sprites, don't just use sprites you found on the internet.
Proper spelling and grammar is a must, don't forget to spell check.
